- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst of the worst!!!!!!! Called on Monday to book an appointment with a HCA for Wednesday the receptionist tells me to call on the day.... so I thought ok.... Wednesday comes, I called to make an appointment with the HCA. The receptionist says, HCA is fully booked, I asked why was it when I called on Monday I couldn't book then and now your telling me she's fully booked, their reply 'I don't know'.
